Online operator VaideBet has signed an agreement to become the new main sponsor of Brazilian football club， Corinthians Paulista.
This agreement will include exposure of the sponsor on the shirts of men’s and women’s football teams， as well as futsal and basketball teams.
The deal has been announced as the biggest sponsorship in the history of Brazilian football， with VaideBet investing R$370m (US$75.8m) over the next three years， R$120m per season and another R$10m as a signing bonus.
President of Corinthians， Augusto Melo， said: "We are very happy to bring the largest sponsorship in the history of Brazilian football to Corinthians， the result of negotiations that began during the campaign.
"We always emphasise that Corinthians has the biggest brand in South American football and one of the largest in the world. So I insist: no one can think small in this club. Gradually， we will regain credibility，Free games prominence and return Corinthians to Corinthians."
CFO of VaideBet， André Murilo， added: "Sponsoring Corinthians is not just sponsoring one of the main institutions in Brazil but also a club with a beautiful history and a recognized passionate， engaged， and unique fan base.
